JSON Formatter & Validator
Paste JSON — validate it, pretty-print it for reading, or minify it for shipping. Broken JSON gets its first error shown with line and column.
How to use it
Paste your JSON.
Validate to check it — or Pretty-print to read it, Minify to shrink it.
Fix errors fast: the first problem is named with its line and column, and the exact spot is shown.
JSON errors are always tiny — and always invisible
A missing comma, a trailing comma, one unquoted key: JSON parsers reject the whole file over a single character, and the character is never the one you are looking at. This formatter validates first and points at the first error with its line and column, so you fix one thing and move on. Pretty-printing then makes the structure readable for humans; minifying strips every expendable byte for APIs and embeds where size matters. The data itself is never altered — only its presentation.
