Terms of Use
The simple version: the tools are free, your files stay on your device, and results come with no warranty — check anything important before you rely on it.
Last updated: 6 November 2026.
Using the tools
ToolPixi is a collection of free online tools that run entirely in your web browser. You may use every tool on this site for personal and commercial purposes, free of charge, without an account. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your files and content
Files and text you process with ToolPixi are handled locally in your browser and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers — see the privacy policy for the details. You keep all rights in your own files, and you are responsible for having the right to process any file you use with a tool (for example, you should only convert or compress documents and images you own or are permitted to use).
No warranty on results
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep every tool accurate — calculators use standard formulas and converters use well-tested open-source libraries — but we cannot guarantee that a result is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Always check an important result before relying on it: a resized official document, a financial calculation, or a file you are about to submit to an employer, a school or a government form. Where a tool has a known limitation, the tool's own page says so plainly.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: do not attempt to disrupt or overload it, scrape it in ways that degrade it for others, misrepresent the tools as your own product, or use the tools to process material you have no right to handle. The tools are for genuine everyday jobs — compressing, converting, calculating and creating.
Availability and changes
Tools may be added, improved or retired, and these terms may be updated; the current version always lives on this page with its date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms are welcome at contact@hamzaalibasra.com or via the contact page. I am Hamza Ali Basra, founder of ToolPixi — the same person who built the tools and answers the mail.
